Products can be ordered from Modern Amphi Oy’s online store. There is no minimum order amount.
We are not responsible for the discontinuation of products, and we reserve the right to make product changes and improvements. The person doing business in our online store must be over 18 years of age or have the consent of a guardian to place an order. The consent of the guardian must be provided upon request.

Prices
Prices are in euros (€) and include VAT. Prices are valid until further notice. We reserve the right to change prices. Prices do not include delivery and payment costs.
Change and return
According to the Consumer Protection Act, consumers in distance selling have the right to cancel the transaction without a specific reason within 14 days of receiving the delivery. The right of exchange and return requires that the product and the Original Packaging are in a condition for sale upon return. All possible accessories, such as the operating instructions and the batteries included in the package, must be returned upon return. If the customer wants to return his entire order, we will refund the amount paid as well as the payment method and delivery costs. The entry fee for a started tournament cannot be canceled. The right of exchange and return does not apply to gift cards.
Reclamation
The customer always has the right to complain about errors, whether the error is visible or invisible. The legal right of complaint is valid as long as the consumer generally has reasonable grounds to believe that the device will function in its normal purpose. Any defect found in the product, incorrect shipment or products damaged during transport must be reported within a reasonable time of the defect being detected. A complaint made within a reasonable time shall be deemed to have been made within two months of the discovery of the error.
Return
When returning, the customer must contact our customer service. The customer is responsible for the return, so the product to be returned must be returned in its original packaging and packaged well. A cash receipt or other valid proof of purchase must be presented upon return. Any costs arising from the return, such as postage, are primarily the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
